Job Description
As a real estate agent at 9x you will need to be client-oriented; possess strong analytical skills, generate your own business, and be able to understand how to leverage the 9x brands to increase your book of business. Candidates must possess good judgment, be detail-oriented, reliable, and honest. This role is full-time in our Westminster CO Office off Hwy 36 and Sheridan. 9x will give you 100% support to do your job to the fullest.
Your Profile
- An active real estate license is a must
- 1-3 Years of experience as a real estate agent preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is an asset
- Must be coachable and have the desire to grow
- Have an interest in growing your own team
- Acts as a team member with all employees
Responsibilities
- Build a supportive referral network (e.g. with clients, lenders, attorney’s, real estate agents and the 9x divisions)
- Built a pipelinen
- Help resolve problems with applications and loan conditions
